This special collector's item is Mick Schumacher's special version of his first helmet as an official Formula 1 driver, which he wore at the Belgian Grand Prix in Spa-Francorchamps. The paintwork is a homage to his father Michael, who contested his first Formula 1 race at this location exactly 30 years ago in 1991.
The shape used for the carbon helmet shell is the same as that used to produce Mick Schumacher's original racing helmet. This means that the replica helmet is not only exactly the same visually, but also in shape. Only the use of fewer layers of carbon mat and the fact that the shell does not meet the homologation for racing use distinguishes the replica helmet from the original. Both the paintwork and the add-on parts and materials are identical to Mick Schumacher's racing helmet.
The “Jens Munser Designs” (JMD) team is responsible for the painting. The JMD team has been producing high-quality, hand-painted collectibles since 1995 and specializes in custom helmet designs for racing.
With a signed JMD certificate and a signature from Mick Schumacher on the visor, this masterpiece, limited to 30 pieces, belongs to the premier class of collector's items.
