Refund Policy

Step 1: Before returning an item, please make sure that it meets our requirements:

- The item was purchased from our online store.
- The item is in its original condition and all labels and packaging are intact.
- The item has not been used, washed or altered in any way.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.


Step 2:

Log in with the email address you used to place your order at https://jmd-shop.de/account and request a return there.

Step 3: Pack and ship the item.
Please pack the item securely in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
