The JMD team has specialized in individual helmet designs for racing since 1995. Michael and Mick Schumacher's long-time helmet designer and owner Jens Munser and his team produce high-quality, hand-painted collector's items.
Michael Schumacher ended his extraordinary Formula 1 career on November 25, 2012 with a race in Sao Paulo (Brazil). On his red helmet he wore the message: “Life is about passions. THANK YOU for sharing mine.”, which was aimed at all his companions, partners and long-time fans.
This replica of the Schuberth model that Michael Schumacher wore is limited to 308 pieces. The visor panel, as well as the air scoop, are painted in the design of the helmet, as they were used in racing. The helmet is made of carbon and the visor corresponds to the racing visors. For this special product, the same colors of the original racing helmet were used for painting and applied by the experienced JMD team, which guarantees the highest quality.
This unique collector's item comes with a certificate of authenticity and as a bonus there is a "Making of..." book with pictures that were taken during production.
